A Tailored Education for Young Performers and Rising Talent

A career on an elite sports circuit or in the public eye often involves constant change: new locations, unpredictable schedules, and unique pressures. For many students following these pathways, attendance at a conventional school can be impractical or, at times, undesirable.

At Witherow Brooke, we place highly accomplished, adaptable private tutors with sporting and performing families, either as a full homeschooling provision or alongside school. These placements may be long-term, such as supporting an artist during an extended tour, or short-term, for example when travel is required for training or competition.

How it Works

-Following an in-depth consultation with the family, we develop a detailed job specification outlining the context of the role, the tutor’s responsibilities, the desired tutor profile, and contractual details. This document then forms the basis of a targeted global search (with all identifying information carefully redacted to maintain confidentiality) enabling us to identify the candidates who are best suited to your family.

-Ultimately we present you with a shortlist of the three strongest candidates, all with biographies, long-form CVs, written answers to role-specific questions, 3 verified references, the highest background checks and a recorded sample lesson. We then assist you with the onboarding process and paperwork.

-We provide ongoing support to both family and tutor, including educational consultancy throughout the engagement. This includes quarterly reports that review longer-term objectives and development. Our service is designed to provide stability, continuity, and an education that evolves alongside your child’s academic and professional journey.
