Role of the Tutor

The tutor delivered a condensed curriculum meeting Australian graduation requirements while accommodating 20+ hours of weekly training. They created portable learning modules for competition travel, aditionally managing university preparation around international competitions.

Despite an intense training schedule with significant travel, the student graduated with distinction in the Australian curriculum, earning university entrance scores in the top 10% nationally.

The condensed curriculum approach and portable learning modules maintained academic continuity even during competition periods, resulting in consistent academic performance throughout the program. 

University preparations resulted in offers from three selective institutions with substantial athletic scholarships, allowing continued dual pursuit of academic and athletic excellence. The family credited the tutor's organisational systems and understanding of elite sport demands as the critical factor enabling their child to excel across multiple domains simultaneously.
